Many tasks that were previously highly physical are becoming technology‑enabled, opening the door for far more diverse talent pipelines. As barriers tied to physical strength and on‑site constraints diminish, women – historically under-represented in operational airport and airline roles – are better positioned to enter, thrive, and lead in this evolving landscape.
