Ricia Vinelli Montejo is a results-driven aviation leader with over 20 years of experience spanning international trade, airport operations, and passenger experience. Recently appointed as General Manager, she stabilized airport operations, increased efficiency, and strengthened contingency frameworks during her first 100 days.

Prior to this, she served as the Head of Reputation and Customer Experience at Aboitiz InfraCapital Cebu Airport Corporation, where her team achieved a Airport Service Quality (ASQ) rating of 5, leading to Mactan Cebu International Airport being named the Best Airport in the 5-15 mppa category for two years in a row. Her career is defined by transformative initiatives, including reducing immigration waiting times by 75%, directing large-scale capital projects, and leading crisis resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic and Typhoon Odette.
