Payment Terms

• All payments are payable to AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL in US Dollars.
• The Early Bird Price applies only to delegates who complete payment by 28 February 2027, 23:59 HKT. The Organiser reserve the right to charge the difference between the Regular Price and the Early Bird Price if delegates fail to do so.
• All charges, not limited to currency exchange differences, bank charges, and administrative fees, shall be borne by the remitter (sender). AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to charge back any bank charges incurred.
• All payments are due before the event begins. AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to decline entry of any delegates who have not completed payment prior to the start of the event. 
• A standard 4.5% credit card surcharge would be added to the ticket price. No refund will be provided for surcharges for any ticket cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to the organisers (events@aci-asiapac.aero ).

• For cancellations on or before 30 April 2027, a full refund of ticket prices will be provided, minus a US$100 administrative fee.
• For cancellations after 30 April 2027, no refund will be provided.
• Any approved refunds will be issued only after the event concludes and will be processed in USD.
• In the case of non-attendance, the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to the organisers prior to the event.
• AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the event at any time.
